WHICH AREAS DO YOU DELIVER?
- We deliver all over Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah for now.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Standard Delivery is Free.
However Midnight delivery is charged at Aed70-00.
AT WHAT TIME MUST I PLACE MY ORDER TO GET FLOWERS DELIVERED ON THE SAME DAY?
Standard Delivery: orders must be placed before 1900hrs.
One Hour Delivery: orders must be placed before 2100hrs.
Two Hour Delivery: orders must be placed before 2100hrs.
Midnight Delivery: orders must be placed before 2100hrs.
DO YOU OFFER MIDNIGHT DELIVERIES?
Yes we do! Just make sure that you place your order before 9pm.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO MAKE CHANGES / CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes it is. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, reach out to us via whatsapp on + 971 52 983 9854 or email us at sales@flowersonline.ae. Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make any changes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY CANCELLATION REEQUEST & REFUND?
It will take up to 48 hours to process a cancellation request & after a successful cancellation, 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note: your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card / Credit card / Mobile wallet / Bank Account through which the payment was done.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS THAT I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT?
No returns are allowed. The only time you can return something is in the event of a wrong or a defective product been sent to you in error.
WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT ORDER STATUSES MEAN?
Payment received: – we have received the payment of your order
Payment declined: – payment for your order has failed.
Order confirmed: – order is in process & will be delivered as per the date and time slot selected by you.
Out for delivery: – order is dispatched and out for delivery.
Order delivered: – order has been delivered.
Delivery attempted: We tried to deliver your order but could not because of the following reasons: – the recipient was not available / recipient’s number was not reachable / premises was locked / address was incomplete or incorrect / Returned to origin – meaning our courier partner tried to deliver your order thrice but failed due to one or more of the reasons stated above.
