At Flowers Online, we offer Same Day Delivery of products or services purchased on our website. You are also able to select a different date of delivery as well. However, please do take note of the following: When ordering for Same Day Delivery, for Dubai deliveries, you may order at anytime. For Abu Dhabi / Sharjah deliveries, you must place your order before 9 PM for same-day delivery. At moment our same-day delivery service is only available for Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and in the near future we will start this service to other emirates. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery. Flowers Online does not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. Flowers Online, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in instalments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not phone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. Flowers Online will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regarding multiple shipments, your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In case of Multiple Shipments, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement.
